Roles & Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the technical aspects of our product development. You will lead a team of talented engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge technology products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical expert with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving innovation.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle.
- Mentor the development team in identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and develop technical specifications.
- Design and develop scalable solutions, enforce coding guidelines, and perform coding with the Team.
- Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, features, functionality, and user interface design.
- Distribute the development work following the agile methodology.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the use of best practices.
- Implement and maintain robust testing processes to guarantee the reliability and stability of the product.
- Ensure project delivery as per the defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and schedule.
- Optimization of database designs and queries regularly.
- Auditing of product security, multiple device support, and data protection regularly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and encourage the team to do so.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and working exposure to any of the JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Node.js)
- Good hands-on experience with Redux
- Familiarity with databases – Postgres, Redis, No- SQL Database, ElasticSearch
- Knowledge of Graphql,Prisma,Socket io,Azure,Elasticsearch and Microservice is a must.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and task breakdown management
- Good hands-on experience of cloud providers like Azure and Digital Ocean
- Good hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and ElasticSearch
- Good hands-on experience with Text-to-Speech
- Knowledge of OpenAI will be beneficial.
- Familiar with agile practices
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Having hands-on experience in Technical documentation
- Knowledge of Stripe payment gateway will be beneficial
